Note: In order to implement this enhancement, and to support future changes that may be needed on the Certification screen, we have disabled the Save Layout feature on the Certification screen. Users can no longer save custom layouts for this screen. We have also deactivated any custom layouts users have already saved for the Certification screen.

Fixed the following bug on the Browse Tenant Leases screen in Tenant Accounts Receivable: The Address column showed "Apt." at the end of addresses without apartment numbers, making those addresses incorrect. Case: 13386
Fixed an issue on the Schedule Inspections screen where inspection times were sometimes being adjusted incorrectly for users in certain time zones. Case: 12799
Fixed an issue when absorbing an incoming portability contract where the household's Unit record failed to get an end date when the current HAP contract was terminated. In turn, this could cause an error when reinstating the HAP contract. Case: 13312
Fixed a bug where the previous Unit Number was populating on the 50059 for certifications that were not unit transfers. Case: 13304
Fixed a formatting error on negative values for various fields on TRACS MAT30 submissions. Case: 13300
Fixed an issue on MultiFamily (TRACS) tenants, where marking a person as Disabled could cause an error on the TRACS Special Status Code if there was more than one Special Status Code assigned to that person. Case: 13010
Fixed an issue where move-in rent prorations would incorrectly calculate the full, non-prorated amount for tenants with negative/credit rent. Case: 10676
Fixed an issue where the Application Waiting List Statistics Summary report failed to calculate the count for Bedroom Size zero. Case: 13136

Fixed the following bug on eTrans records for Annual HQS Inspections (Action 13) for tenants with Alien Registration Numbers (ARNs): The ARN in the eTrans could sometimes be wrong if the ARN in the database did not start with an A or was not 10 characters long. Case: 13042
Fixed an issue where the MultiFamily (TRACS) Gross Rent Change wizard failed to finalizing the newly created Gross Rent Change certifications. In turn, this kept those certifications from being included in the voucher gather. Case: 13435
